Truck Driver C+E

Location: United Kingdom / Poland

UEX is expanding its controlled fleet operations and recruiting qualified C+E drivers for structured cross-border and corridor-based assignments.

  • Tandem Jumbo units
  • Tractor units with Mega semi-trailers
Role Scope:
Drivers operate within defined execution frameworks aligned with corridor allocation models, performance standards and cargo security procedures. Assignments are structured around operational stability, route discipline and compliance with UK and EU transport regulations.

Fleet Dispatcher (Own Fleet)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily dispatch and coordination of company-owned vehicles across Europe
  • Assign routes and loads to drivers based on efficiency, availability, and compliance
  • Monitor vehicle locations, load status, and delivery timelines using GPS and TMS systems
  • Ensure drivers follow transport schedules, safety protocols, and legal regulations
  • Provide drivers with accurate instructions, documents, and support during transport
  • React quickly to changes on the road (delays, breakdowns, route deviations)
  • Maintain communication with the planning and customer service teams
  • Manage documentation related to each transport (CMR, POD, ferry, ADR, etc.)
  • Report transport performance and incidents, and help optimize vehicle utilization


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching own fleet or transport coordination
  • Good knowledge of international road transport and EU driving regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and handle operational issues independently
  • Familiarity with GPS monitoring systems and TMS platforms (e.g., Transics, Webfleet, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Polish; English is a strong advantage
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in dynamic transport conditions

International Freight Forwarder (3+ Years of Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced International Freight Forwarder to join our growing team in Słupsk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international transport operations and delivering efficient, tailor-made logistics solutions for our clients across Europe

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full freight forwarding process, from order receipt to final delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and transport partners
  • Negotiate transport rates and commercial terms with customers and service providers
  • Select appropriate carriers and design optimal transport solutions for each shipment
  • Prepare, verify, and manage transport and customs documentation
  • Coordinate loading and unloading operations, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues
  • Maintain accurate records of transport activities, costs, and performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to continuously optimize logistics solutions


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding or transport management
  • Solid understanding of international transport processes and European logistics networks
  • Good command of English; knowledge of French is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in transport platforms such as Timocom, Trans.eu, and Teleroute
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
