About UEX
An Integrated Logistics Operator Built on Operational Governance, Structured Execution and Disciplined Long-Term Growth
UEX integrates controlled fleet capacity, warehouse infrastructure and structured freight management within one coordinated operational execution model operating across the UK and Europe.
Operational Foundation
UEX operates through a structured execution model integrating fleet control,
warehouse governance and disciplined freight management within one coordinated
operational framework.
THREE CORE COMPONENTS
Controlled Fleet Capacity
Dedicated fleet transport operations across strategic corridors in the UK and Europe supported by direct operational oversight and structured capacity allocation models. Vehicle deployment, route planning and corridor alignment are governed through defined execution protocols ensuring predictable performance and continuity.
Integrated Warehouse Infrastructure
Scalable warehouse infrastructure aligned with transport flows and governed by structured dispatch coordination frameworks. Cross-docking, storage management and outbound scheduling are integrated within the broader execution model to maintain operational stability across distribution stages.
Structured Freight Execution
Performance-driven freight planning, carrier allocation governance and cross-border coordination ensuring reliability, visibility and measurable supply chain results. International flows operate within clearly defined compliance, documentation and control standards.
Integrated Execution Model
UEX is structured as an integrated logistics operator rather than a standalone transport provider. Transport represents one layer within a broader execution framework that includes planning, coordination, warehouse alignment and cross-border governance. Our role extends from initial route and capacity planning to final delivery oversight, maintaining operational continuity and control across every stage of the supply chain.

Leadership & Foundations
LeadershiP
Universal Exports Group was founded by Natalia Kalinowska and Piotr Kalinowski, professionals with over 20 years of experience in transport and logistics.
Experience
Over two decades they developed hands-on operational expertise across fleet management, cross-border transport and freight coordination, gaining a deep understanding of how logistics systems function in practice.
Vision
UEX was created not to build another transport company but to design a structured logistics operator built on direct operational control, disciplined execution and long-term partnership thinking. Passion for transport remains at the core of the organization and is reflected in infrastructure development, fleet configuration and performance standards that define how the group operates across the UK and European markets. Since establishing UEX as an independent operational entity in 2021, this philosophy has guided its growth, shaping a stable and scalable logistics structure built for long-term cooperation. Today Universal Exports Group combines industry experience, structured management and entrepreneurial vision, transforming knowledge into a controlled and performance-driven logistics environment.
" Success in logistics is built on control, coordination and disciplined execution across every stage of the supply chain."
— Piotr Kalinowski, CEO
Office Standards
Structured workspace supporting performance and coordination. Ergonomic design aligned with long-term productivity. Operational clarity and internal discipline.

Driver & Fleet Standards
We design fleet configuration around safety, comfort and operational efficiency. Cabin layout, cargo security systems and monitoring solutions are implemented to maintain performance standards across every route and every load.

Strategic Corridors
UEX operates across strategic European transport corridors connecting the United Kingdom with key industrial and logistics regions across the European Union. Our operational model is designed to support predictable cross-border execution, controlled capacity allocation and stable supply chain continuity.
UEX operational corridors are primarily focused on Western and Central Europe, supporting regular transport flows between the United Kingdom and key logistics markets including France, the Benelux region, Spain, Italy and Poland. These corridors represent the core structure of our transport execution model, where controlled fleet capacity and coordinated freight management ensure stable and predictable cross-border operations. In addition to these primary markets, UEX also supports supply chain flows across Nordic Europe and Eastern Europe, depending on client requirements and supply chain structures. This extended operational reach allows us to maintain continuity across wider European logistics networks while preserving structured operational control.
